I have been a practicing therapist working with children and adults for more than 20 years. I trained in Transactional Analysis and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
During this time I have been a business owner in the traditional sense as well as time spent in network marketing. I have spent many years working in a clinical setting with people from hugely diverse backgrounds and issues from depression and anxiety to addiction.
I believe that anyone who truly wants to change, whatever their circumstances, can change but few of us can do that alone. I have built my ethos around the concrete belief that whatever hand life deals you, you have the choice how to respond. Nobody and nothing can take that away.
I have two great passions in life, working with people and seeing them change and grow and sailing. I have lived on the Dorset coast for coming up for ten years and I am delighted to call it home. The sea and the beach at whatever time of year is a great comfort and friend.
I have children and stepchildren and have therefore survived more than my fair share of teenagers but I delight now in seeing them create their own lives.

"I love working with my clients and fellow members to help them grow themselves and their business. I don't believe in telling them what I think they want to hear, I prefer to work with them practically over a period of time bringing to bear the experience, knowledge & understanding, and resources of myself and my partners"
